Account & KYC

Go to bitpkr.biz/register and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, date of birth and a strong password. Submit the form and you will receive a 6-digit OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to verify your number and your BitPKR account is live. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.

BitPKR requires two documents for KYC:
  • Identity proof: A clear scan or photo of your CNIC (front and back) or Pakistani passport photo page.
  • Payment method proof: A screenshot of your Easypaisa, JazzCash or other wallet showing your name and number, or a bank statement header showing your name and account number.
Upload both in Account Settings → Verify Identity. Most verifications are completed within 24 hours. KYC is required before your first withdrawal but not for deposits or gameplay.

No. BitPKR strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts are identified through phone number verification, device fingerprinting and payment method cross-checking. Any duplicate account detected will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited, including genuine deposits. If you have accidentally created a second account, contact support immediately to merge or close the duplicate.

Log in and go to Account Settings → Personal Details. You can request a change to your registered email or mobile number from there. A verification OTP will be sent to your current registered number to confirm the request before the change is applied. If you no longer have access to the current registered number, contact support via Live Chat with your CNIC for manual verification.

BitPKR suspends accounts for several reasons: pending KYC verification, suspected duplicate account activity, a failed payment chargeback, a responsible gaming self-exclusion request, or a compliance review. When an account is suspended, you will see a message on the login screen explaining the general reason. Contact support@bitpkr.biz with "Account Suspension" in the subject line and we will explain the specific situation and the steps to resolve it.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play at BitPKR. Age is verified during the KYC process through your CNIC — the date of birth on your CNIC must confirm you are 18 or older. If your CNIC date of birth does not match what you entered during registration, your KYC will fail and your account will be reviewed. BitPKR does not accept registrations from anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
Deposits & Withdrawals

BitPKR accepts all major Pakistani payment methods:
  • Easypaisa — mobile wallet and bank account
  • JazzCash — mobile wallet and bank account
  • NayaPay — digital wallet
  • SadaPay — digital wallet
  • IBFT Bank Transfer — all major Pakistani banks

All transactions are processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees.

The minimum deposit at BitPKR is Rs 500, regardless of which payment method you use. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though individual payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash etc.) impose their own daily transaction limits — these are set by the provider, not by BitPKR. If you need to deposit more than your daily wallet limit, split across multiple transactions or use IBFT bank transfer, which has higher limits.

Withdrawal processing times at BitPKR depend on the method:
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 1 hour, often under 15 minutes during business hours.
  • IBFT Bank Transfer: Same business day if submitted before 3pm PKT, otherwise next business day.
  • Visa/Mastercard: 2–5 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
KYC must be complete before your first withdrawal. Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts are processed without additional delays.

BitPKR's same-method payout policy is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for deposits to ensure funds travel back to their verified source. If you deposited via Easypaisa, your withdrawal goes to the same Easypaisa number. If you deposited via multiple methods, your withdrawal can be split across those methods up to the amounts deposited via each. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits at BitPKR typically clear within 60 seconds. If your balance has not updated after 5 minutes, check the following: (1) Confirm the payment was successful in your mobile wallet app — look for a deduction confirmation. (2) Check that the mobile number you paid from matches your registered BitPKR number. (3) Go to BitPKR Wallet → Transaction History and check if the deposit shows as "Pending". If it has been more than 10 minutes and still pending, contact Live Chat with your wallet transaction reference number and we will manually credit the deposit within minutes.

The minimum withdrawal at BitPKR is Rs 500 for mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 1,000 for IBFT bank transfers and card withdrawals. Only your real-money balance is withdrawable — bonus funds must first meet the wagering requirement before converting to withdrawable cash. Your wallet clearly shows your real-money balance and your bonus balance separately so there is no confusion.
Bonuses & Promotions

New BitPKR players receive a 100% match bonus on their first qualifying deposit up to Rs 30,000. Deposit Rs 500 and get Rs 500 in bonus funds. Deposit Rs 30,000 and get Rs 30,000 in bonus — giving a total playing balance of Rs 60,000. The bonus is credited automatically when your qualifying deposit clears. The welcome bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement, valid for 30 days. No promo code required for standard registrations.

A 20x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. If you received Rs 2,000 as a welcome bonus, you need to wager Rs 40,000 total (Rs 2,000 × 20) across qualifying games before that Rs 2,000 converts. Your real-money balance is always withdrawable immediately — only the bonus portion has the wagering requirement attached. Progress is tracked in your Bonus section in real time.

BitPKR runs regular promotions for existing players including weekly reload bonuses (typically 20–50% on weekend deposits), net-loss cashback (credited every Monday for the prior week's net loss), free bet credits for major cricket events like PSL and Test series, and tournament-specific promotions. All active promotions are visible in the Promotions tab after login. Promotions are also sent via email and SMS for players who have opted into marketing communications.

BitPKR bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period (30 days for the welcome bonus). When a bonus expires, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated specifically from that bonus are forfeited. Your real-money balance is never affected by a bonus expiry. Only the bonus portion disappears. This is clearly labelled in your Bonus section — you can always see exactly how much time remains on each active bonus.

Yes. BitPKR's referral programme gives you a bonus in PKR when a friend you refer registers, completes KYC and makes a qualifying first deposit. Your referral link is available in Account → Refer a Friend. The bonus amount varies based on current promotions — check the Promotions page for the current referral reward. Your friend also receives their standard welcome bonus independently of the referral bonus.
Cricket & Sports Betting

Yes. BitPKR covers every PSL match with live, ball-by-ball betting markets. Available markets include match winner, current innings total, next wicket method, next over runs, player to hit next six, top batsman and more. Odds update in real time throughout the match. Live streaming is available for select fixtures in your account — check the Sports section at match time to confirm availability for a specific game.

BitPKR's cricket betting rules follow standard industry practice: if a match is abandoned without a result, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes are refunded to your wallet. Matches decided by the DLS method are settled based on the official DLS result — if Pakistan wins by DLS and you bet on Pakistan, your bet is a winner. Live bets placed on markets that could not be settled due to abandonment are voided and refunded. Detailed settlement rules are available in the Sports Betting terms within the app.

The minimum single bet on BitPKR sports markets is Rs 100. The minimum accumulator (parlay) bet is also Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event — major PSL and international cricket fixtures have higher maximum limits than niche markets. If you want to place a large bet on a specific market and are unsure of the limit, the maximum is displayed on the bet slip before you confirm.

Yes. BitPKR offers full and partial cash-out on eligible live bets. When cash-out is available for an active bet, a "Cash Out" button appears on your open bet in the My Bets section with the current cash-out value displayed in real time. The value fluctuates with the live match state. Partial cash-out lets you secure a portion of the return while leaving the rest running. Not all markets are eligible for cash-out — pre-match bets cashed out before the match starts always have cash-out available.
Crash Games

In crash games, a multiplier starts at 1× and increases rapidly. You place a bet before or at the start of the round, and the multiplier climbs until it randomly "crashes". Your goal is to cash out before the crash — your bet is multiplied by whatever value you cashed out at. If you do not cash out before the crash, you lose your bet. You can set an auto cash-out at a target multiplier, or cash out manually. The multiplier is generated by a provably fair algorithm that neither BitPKR nor the provider can manipulate.

The minimum bet in BitPKR crash games (including Aviator, JetX and Spaceman) is Rs 50 per round. The maximum bet per round varies by game but starts at Rs 100,000 for most titles. You can place two simultaneous bets in Aviator — useful for hedging strategies where you cash out one bet early at a low multiplier and let the other run for a higher target.

Yes. Crash games on BitPKR use a provably fair algorithm. Each round's crash point is generated before the round begins using a combination of a server seed and a client seed. After each round, you can verify the result by checking the hash of the seeds against the crash point using the verification tool in the game history. This means no one — not BitPKR, not the game provider, and not any player — can predict or manipulate the crash point. The verification is open to all players at any time.
Casino & Card Games

Yes. BitPKR's casino section includes Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and Baccarat — all with live dealers operating 24 hours a day. Table limits start from Rs 100 so players at every budget can join. The live dealer games are broadcast in high definition and include a chat feature to interact with the dealer. Yes. BitPKR offers in-play esports betting for major tournaments. Live markets include current map winner, next round winner and player kill total for titles where these can be tracked in real time. Not all esports matches have live markets — this depends on data feed availability for that specific tournament. When live markets are available, they appear in the Live Betting section with a game controller icon.
Security & Responsible Gaming

Go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication and toggle it on. Confirm with your current password. From your next login, a 6-digit OTP will be sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number after you enter your password. BitPKR strongly recommends all players enable 2FA — it takes 30 seconds and completely blocks account takeover attempts even if your password is compromised elsewhere.

  • Set a deposit limit (daily, weekly or monthly)
  • Set a loss limit (daily, weekly or monthly)
