To process your deposits and withdrawals in PKR, BitPKR shares the minimum necessary transaction data with your chosen payment provider — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, your bank for IBFT, or your card issuer for Visa/Mastercard. BitPKR uses a third-party identity verification service to confirm the authenticity of CNIC and passport documents submitted during the KYC process. This provider receives the documents you submit and returns a verification result. They are contractually prohibited from using your documents for any other purpose.
BitPKR uses specialist fraud detection technology providers who process technical data — IP addresses, device fingerprints, login patterns — to identify potential fraud and security threats. These providers operate under strict data processing agreements.

BitPKR is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect or process the personal data of persons under the age of 18. Any account found to have been registered by a minor will be immediately closed and all associated data deleted, with the exception of records required to be retained for legal compliance purposes.

Request a copy of all personal data BitPKR holds about you. We will provide a complete data export within 30 days in a readable format, free of charge.
Request correction of any inaccurate personal data BitPKR holds about you — for example, a misspelled name or outdated address. Corrections are processed within 14 days.
Request deletion of your personal data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected. Note that data we are required to retain by law — KYC records, financial transactions — cannot be deleted within the statutory retention period.
Request your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON or CSV) so you can transfer it to another service. We provide data portability exports within 30 days of request.
Request that BitPKR pause processing of your data while a dispute about its accuracy or the legal basis for processing is investigated. Data under a restriction notice will not be used for any new purpose during the review.
Object to BitPKR processing your data for marketing purposes at any time. Marketing processing stops immediately on receipt of your objection. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests — BitPKR will review and respond within 30 days.
