These are the full terms that govern your use of BitPKR — your account, deposits in PKR, withdrawals, bonuses, sports betting, casino games, esports wagering and responsible gaming obligations. Please read them before you register. By creating a BitPKR account, you agree to be bound by everything in this document.
These are the most important obligations and protections in BitPKR's Terms and Conditions
Each person may hold only one BitPKR account. Duplicate accounts result in immediate suspension of all balances and any pending withdrawals. This applies across household members sharing a device or IP address.
Registration at BitPKR is strictly limited to persons aged 18 and above. Age verification is conducted during KYC. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed and all funds confiscated without exception.
All withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees through the payment method used for the original deposit — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT or Visa/Mastercard. No cryptocurrency or foreign currency withdrawals.
All BitPKR bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page. Bonus funds and wagering-generated winnings cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is met within the stated validity period.
Player funds at BitPKR are held in segregated accounts entirely separate from BitPKR's operational funds. Your balance is protected and not subject to the company's ordinary commercial liabilities.
BitPKR provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion at no cost. These tools are accessible immediately in account settings. Use them. Full details in the Responsible Gaming section.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete legal agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and BitPKR ("BitPKR", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the gaming and sports betting platform available at bitpkr.biz. By accessing, registering on or using any part of the BitPKR platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
BitPKR is a licensed real-money gaming operator. The platform provides sports betting — with a particular focus on cricket and PSL markets for Pakistani players — alongside online casino games, crash games, esports wagering, ludo and card games. All real-money activity on BitPKR is conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) using locally available payment methods.
These Terms should be read alongside BitPKR's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with us. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms will govern for that promotion only — for all other matters these Terms apply.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the BitPKR platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
To register and maintain a BitPKR account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
BitPKR reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not or are no longer met.
Each eligible person may register one BitPKR account only. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances including real-money deposits that remain unplayed.
You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information at registration and to keep that information updated. Providing false information — including date of birth, name, contact details or payment method ownership — constitutes fraud and BitPKR will report such cases to relevant authorities where appropriate.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your BitPKR login credentials. BitPKR will never ask for your password by email, Live Chat or any other channel. You must notify BitPKR immediately at support@bitpkr.biz if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. BitPKR is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.
BitPKR recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account, using a unique password not shared with other services, and logging out after each session on shared devices. These steps significantly reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
BitPKR is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before accepting deposits above specified thresholds. This process is called Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
BitPKR may request the following documents as part of KYC:
Documents must be clear, unobstructed and unedited. KYC review is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. BitPKR may temporarily limit withdrawal functionality on accounts where KYC is pending. Accounts where required KYC documents are not submitted within 30 days of request may be closed.
BitPKR accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods:
All deposits are subject to a minimum amount of Rs 500. The maximum single deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed at the cashier during the deposit process. Deposits are credited to your BitPKR wallet instantly for mobile wallet methods and typically within 2 hours for bank IBFT transfers.
BitPKR does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the identity verified under your BitPKR account. Deposits from payment methods belonging to another person will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
BitPKR does not charge fees on player deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider for outgoing transfers are outside BitPKR's control and are your own responsibility.
Withdrawal requests at BitPKR are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. BitPKR applies a same-method withdrawal policy to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. Cross-method withdrawals are only permitted in exceptional circumstances and require written approval from the BitPKR compliance team.

BitPKR reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. This may extend processing time by up to 5 business days while the review is conducted.
BitPKR offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to these general terms plus the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at bitpkr.biz/promotions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
The following rules apply to all BitPKR bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:
BitPKR employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Patterns that constitute abuse include, but are not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same outcome to guarantee a result regardless of the game's outcome (arbitrage); using bonus funds to meet a withdrawal threshold through low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies; and coordinating with other players to share or transfer bonus value between accounts.
Where BitPKR determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be permanently voided. Repeated abuse may result in account closure and forfeiture of all remaining balance including real-money deposits.
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity at BitPKR including cricket, PSL, football, kabaddi and all other sports markets.
All bets at BitPKR are subject to acceptance. BitPKR reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, bets suspected to be based on insider information, or bets that would expose BitPKR to liability exceeding its internal risk limits for a single outcome.
All bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body — the PCB for Pakistan cricket and PSL, FIFA for international football, and equivalent bodies for other sports. BitPKR will settle bets as soon as practicable after official results are confirmed. If a result is subsequently amended by the governing body, BitPKR will re-settle affected bets accordingly.
For cricket, if a match is abandoned before a result can be determined using Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) methodology, all bets are voided and stakes returned. If a DLS result is declared, all bets on the match outcome are settled on that result. For football, matches must complete all 90 minutes for settlement — abandoned matches result in all stakes being returned. Sport-specific abandonment rules are published in full in the relevant sport's betting rules section of the BitPKR platform.
In-play betting is available at BitPKR on selected markets for cricket, football, tennis and other eligible sports. Live odds update continuously. BitPKR is not responsible for any delay between a live event development and the suspension of the affected market. Bets placed after an event that should have triggered market suspension — for example, a wicket falling — may be voided if BitPKR determines the bet was placed with knowledge of the event outcome.
All casino, crash game, ludo and card game outcomes at BitPKR are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness and randomness. BitPKR does not manipulate game outcomes and all results are generated independently of any outcome preference.
Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and volatility information for all casino and crash games are available within the relevant game interface on the BitPKR platform. BitPKR strongly recommends reading game rules before placing real-money bets on any new game.
Malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a software malfunction or technical error during a game round, the affected round will be voided and your stake returned. BitPKR is not liable for any consequential loss arising from a game malfunction beyond the return of the affected bet stake.

If you feel that your gaming is becoming problematic — that you are spending more than you intend, chasing losses, or finding it difficult to stop — please activate your self-exclusion immediately through your account settings or by contacting BitPKR support directly. This is the most important step you can take and our support team will not attempt to dissuade you from doing so.
The following actions are prohibited at BitPKR. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of your balance:

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, real-money deposits not subject to any active wagering requirement will be returned to the account holder following conclusion of the investigation, provided no fraudulent or criminal activity is substantiated. Bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited in all cases where a breach of these Terms is established.
You may close your BitPKR account at any time by contacting support@bitpkr.biz. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method once KYC verification is complete. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BitPKR's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the BitPKR platform shall not exceed the amount of the player's real-money deposit balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
BitPKR shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses including lost profits, loss of opportunity or reputational harm arising out of or in connection with the use of the BitPKR platform, even if BitPKR has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
BitPKR is not liable for losses arising from: technical failures outside BitPKR's reasonable control including third-party payment processor outages; scheduled or emergency platform maintenance; force majeure events; or the player's failure to maintain account security as required under these Terms.
BitPKR may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, BitPKR will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with the Last Updated date revised accordingly.
If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. Continued use of the BitPKR platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws applicable under BitPKR's licensing jurisdiction. Where BitPKR and a player cannot resolve a dispute through direct negotiation, the dispute may be referred to BitPKR's licensing authority's dispute resolution process as specified in BitPKR's licence conditions.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are required to attempt to resolve the matter through BitPKR's internal complaints procedure. Formal complaints submitted to support@bitpkr.biz are acknowledged within 24 hours and a final response issued within 10 business days.
